This was the site of an old industrial dairy bottling operation that had been added onto several times and then sat vacant for 10 to 12 years - we call this “creative recycling”.  As you can see, the building took on an entirely new character and houses several medical offices and a physical therapy center.  This project was done for a developer with a minimal budget and is now a valued medical building close to the hospital.
